#happy2022workday day-082
Happy 2022 day-082! Today’s Hello Boomerangs…
Prep for the 4/4 Boomerang Share-a-thon (by and for Customer Sharing Movement members) continues with a sneak peak at something many of you know as “Workday Studio”:
- Let’s team up to learn more about #Workday Boomerang integrations (for both functional and technical users).
- The Help menu pops open a list of documents including Workday Studio, XPath and XSL (which I will be calling XSLT).
- The initial splash screen for me is missing an [Ok] button, but instead of following the advice to switch from Windows to Mac I have memorized pressing Tab 4 times and then Enter.
- Once past the initial splash screen, the Samples button is a good start for Workday Studio.
- The 2nd Sample is a good one to share, called “Hello Workday Web Services” (also shown on the left as “HelloWWS” in the Project Explorer)
- During the Sharing Café, we briefly showed using the Schema Explorer, and…
- …, we went into testing a WWS Operation
Some challenges for the next several days of #happy2022workday posts (stay tuned):
A) At any time did I say the word BIRT?
B) Why does the Help menu include anything about XML and XSLT, not to mention Java, Subclipse, others?
C) What does WWS stand for?
