#happy2022workday day-079
Happy 2022 day-079! Today’s sharing…
Would you Yes/No/Maybe “Opt-In” for sharing some of your report statistics and details with other #Workday customers who are doing the same as part of a new Customer Sharing Movement initiative? For example, would you share a list of your most popular Report Data Sources?
This post is about sharing some of your report information to help other customers who will at the same time be helping you by doing the same. In case you are not sure how to figure out your most popular Report Data Sources, you might have missed a previous #happy2022workday post on how to count rows (day 62 was actually focused on finding duplicates, but we borrow from that example and sort by count). Today’s pic has some reminders of that previous post, but this time we are using a report of reports (instead of Workers or Candidates):
- Example of the most popular PBOs (this required an LRV calc field)
- Example of the most popular Data Sources
QUESTION # 1: How do you do this?
ANSWER: Columns, Sort and Filter tabs:
3) Sum the number One
4) Summarize Detail Rows
5) Filter on Aggregations
6) (Optional) Clarify on the prompt label that you are filtering for only those above a certain count, such as 100
QUESTION # 2: Are you interested in sharing report information with other members of the #customersharingmovement?
