Happy 2022 day-073! Today’s sharing…
Two sharing opportunities on the first Double Wednesday of 2022:

Today’s picture starts with a reminder of the “Count the Ws” game, for those obsessed with Workday to the point of seeing Ws.
The heart shaped cloud comes from a Kane email reminder of “The Sharing Show” Season IV kick-off (please register prior to 11:45am EST if you didn’t receive Kane’s Season IV reminder email.)
The bottom half of the picture is for those curious about Boomerangs, RaaS reports, XML, XSLT, JSON and Studio, and also are able to join us in the Weekly Wednesday Sharing Café an hour prior to the show:
- RaaS XML “root” is Report_Data
- The first 3 rows of output are collapsed in a browser view of the RaaS XML, to show this XML browser feature
- Shows the 4th row not collapsed, with the data in that row, which includes…
- … Manager’s Hire Date, which itself is shown under an expand/collapse -+ sign
- Similar to above item (4), for some reason the Employee ID is inside “Worker_group” (from a previous #happy2022workday post)
- Shows the 5th row of the RaaS XML output (in XML it’s called “Report_Entry”), for Sylvia (above was for Karen)
- The RaaS URL contains (grayed out) tenant and report owner
- Adding a “format” on the RaaS URL could provide JSON output instead of XML output. Speaking of JSON…
