Continuing with yesterday’s Workday Calculated Fields challenge:

Q: How do you determine if it is under 2 hours before an event? Ex: The start of a training, because enrollments are no longer accepted 2 hours prior to the start time of the training?

After the Sharing Café officially ended, several of us stayed on to share ideas about this challenge. We discovered that you could do an Increment Decrement Date (IDD) using hours instead of days. This feature is available on Date-Time fields. It works. The picture on this post shows how I created a calc field to store 2 hours prior to an event. Ask, Share, Comment here (or send me private message) if it is not clear how an IDD calc field could help with this challenge.
